1. Implant 22 displaced through nasal floor

The apical half of the implant at site 22 has been displaced through the nasal floor. The coronal half of the implant remains non-integrated. The implant will require removal. A prominent defect is present at the buccal aspect of the alveolar process at site 22. In addition, a broad zone of peri-implant bone loss is present, which significantly reduces the available bone for the future placement of any implants.

2. Mild mucositis of left maxillary sinus

The left maxillary sinus exhibits mild mucositis, which represents an incidental finding with no clinical significance.
