1. Recurrent odontogenic keratocyst in anterior left maxilla
A multilocular entity with a well defined thinly corticated periphery is present in the anterior second quadrant. This entity extends from the maxillary midline to the periapical region of tooth 25. Expansion of the alveolar process has occurred, and the nasal and sinus floors have been displaced. The roots of the teeth in the anterior second quadrant have not been affected. The lesion scallops around the palatal aspects of the roots of teeth 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25, and drains through the alveolar crest in the interradicular region of teeth 23 and 24. This radiographic appearance is indicative of the presence of a recurrent odontogenic keratocyst.
2. Mild mucositis of both maxillary sinuses
Mild mucositis is present in both maxillary sinuses. This represents an incidental finding with no clinical significance.
3. Right palatine tonsilloliths
Tonsilloliths are present in the right palatine tonsil. This is an incidental finding with no clinical significance because tonsilloliths exfoliate spontaneously.
