1. Mild periodontal bone loss on tooth 14Bu

Mild horizontal periodontal bone loss is present at the buccal surface of the coronal third of the buccal root of tooth 14. Buccal abrasion is also present at the cementoenamel junction. The periapical periodontal ligament space of the buccal root is slightly widened. This may be a variant of normal anatomy or an early sign of endodontic pathology. If any cracks are present within this tooth, they have not manifested radiographically. The tooth appears normal otherwise.

2. Subclinical fibrous dysplasia at anterior border of maxilla

A localized zone of granular bone is present within the anterior wall of the right maxillary sinus. This granular bone is slightly heterogeneous internally, and has caused localized expansion of the sinus wall. The superior border of this dysplastic bone was not captured in this scan. This most likely represents subclinical fibrous dysplasia, which does not require any treatment
